These Terms & Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VidShare Android application and website (the "Service"). By installing the app or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
VidShare lets you upload videos, generate share links, and play videos shared by others in a full-screen Android player. The Service is provided free of charge and may change over time — we may add or remove features at any time.
2. Accounts
Uploading videos and viewing dashboards requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. Your Content & Responsibilities
- You keep all ownership of the videos you upload; you only grant us the hosting rights needed to deliver the Service.
- Only upload content you have the right to share. Do not upload pirated media, content that infringes anyone's copyright or trademarks, or content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative.
- Share links are unlisted — anyone who has a link can view the video. Do not share links publicly if you want a video to stay private.
- You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share. We may remove any content that violates these Terms, without prior notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service, including overloading it or probing its security; (b) use the Service to transmit malware or run automated scripts without our permission; (c) resell, scrape, or republish the Service or its content without authorisation.
5. Statistics & Dashboard
View counts and dashboards are estimates provided for convenience. We do not guarantee their accuracy and they are not intended for commercial settlement purposes.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be available.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts (and remove content) that violate these Terms. Sections on ownership, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Effective date" above will change accordingly. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
